Since its creation in 2019, the ROC team has financed its research personnel, computing and networking infrastructure with a budget so far of 7 041 611,01 €, with this breakdown:
- 6 743 666 € of external funding

from CDC, Orange, Thales, Trasna, SQUAD, Berger Levrault, Ericsson, Soprasteria; - competitive public calls (6 201 666 €),

- 297 945 € of internal funding from Cnam:
- 1 competitive ministry Ph.D. grant (90 000€).
- 3 year ATER researcher (52 074€).
- 15 months Cnam visiting professors (63 000 €).

- CEDRIC ad-hoc grants (8 150€)
- Cnam ad-hoc grants (3 000€).
In addition, we received industrial chassis hardware donation from Oxeva, and the LISP-Lab platform transfer from LIP6, accounting for about 200 000 € of computing equipment.
